Garrett Thornton
His first two singles, “Women From AL” and “Rebel Heart” will be available for free download starting June 10 for a limited time through Noisetrade.com. The son of a truck driver and a music teacher, Garrett Thornton is a singer-songwriter based in south Mississippi. His debut solo release was titled “Salt of the Earth”, a reference to the people and the stories of his birthplace. After some time on the road he went back into his studio to write and the collection of songs coming from these sessions comprise his latest album which he is calling “Rebel Heart”.
