Keith Necaise started monthly concerts by local musicians at Mobile Arc. The concerts are popular with the musicians and the 300 people that attend, but musicians had to bring their own sound. Keith started raising money through private donations for a sound system at Mobile Arc and The Southern Rambler’s Ramblin’ Night with local music at Callaghan’s raised the rest.
